HSE Policy

The Management of Drilltech Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing LLC. recognizes that Health, Safety and Environmental issues relevant to our operations that are fundamental part of our business growth. Our objective is to meet and adhere where possible, exceed the requirements of the international standards, local regulations, legal and other requirements. To ensure the needs and expectation of all interested parties are suffices.

Drilltech Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing LLC. conducts an active HSE policy to actively strive for ensuring occupational health & safety and environmental protection.

By incorporating best practices approach to health, safety and environment, management control, accident/incident reporting and investigations, duties and responsibilities of personnel, is based on the commitment that all work-related injuries and illnesses are avoidable including environmental incident. Drilltech believes the health and safety of its employees and others, preservation of the environment are both an individual and management's responsibility and therefore will demonstrate commitment to HSE. Drilltech is aware of the impact of its activities and will review our HSE policy annually and revise where needed. The challenge we take is to responsibly manage and reduce this impact by:

Set HSE performance (S.M.A.R.T) objectives, measure results, assess to meet the current and emerging requirements and expectations of customers through continually improve the occupational health and safety management system.
Ensuring the compliance to (OSHAD-SF) HSE Policy and Industrial Development Bureau Policy;
Fulfilment of applicable UAE Legal, Regulatory & Statutory requirements;
Adhering to Drilltech HSE policy and HSE Management System;
Action to address occupational health and safety risk and opportunities in all the stages of operation; and of the prevention of environmental pollution.
Implementing appropriate Preventative and Protective measures; and environmentally sound method of work:
Provision of appropriate resource to effective manage and improve OHS Risks throughout the lifecycle of the organization and projects;
Providing and maintaining safe plant and work equipment;
Recruiting and appointing personnel who have the skills, abilities and competence commensurate with their role and level of responsibility;
Ensuring that technical competence is maintained through the provision of training as appropriate to raise awareness of HSE issues at work; and giving relevant safety information
Consultation and Participation of all workers.
Reviewing this policy annually to monitor its effectiveness and to ensure that it reflects changing needs and circumstances.
Align with our associates, suppliers and service providers create an outstanding service delivery process by meeting the needs and expectation off all interested parties.
Communicate this policy to all interested parties and public and review its suitability periodically
Set Objectives, Targets and Programs consistent with this Policy.
